The online registration form below may only be used by those who live in Guilderland. All others must apply for a library card in-person at the Guilderland Public Library.

 

Please Note

You will also need to apply for a library card in-person if:

• You previously had a library card from the Guilderland Public Library or from an Upper Hudson Library System member library.
• Your Guilderland address cannot be verified through this form or you receive mail through a PO Box.
