Computer Help

The Guilderland Public Library is committed to presenting new ways to learn computer and technology skills!

Check out the three options below.

One-On-One Computer Help

Our volunteer computer coach is an expert at everything Apple! Learn how to use anything from an Apple Watch to an iPhone to a Macbook! Our coach can also assist with resume preparation using the library’s Learning Express database tool.

One-on-one appointments are in-person and last one hour. To register, visit our technology instruction calendar and click on any appointment. Please provide an email address when you register. If you are unable to register, it is likely that the appointment spot is full – please choose another day.

Other Technology Help

At this time, the Guilderland Public Library is offering occasional  technology courses on a variety of topics – check our calendar for the most up-to-date information. These courses are typically presented in a “classroom setting” via virtual meeting software, such as Zoom and GoTo Meeting.

In the past, we’ve offered programs on Google Docs, virtual meetings, organizational tools, and more.
