  • National Emergency Library  – Scholarly books and more available for free – no wait list.
  • Project Gutenberg – Free ebooks that are in the public domain. Can be downloaded to your computer or device. Some titles also available via Overdrive and the Libby app.

  • The Metropolitan Opera will stream free performances every night for the duration of closure.
  • The Norman Rockwell Museum, and many other museums, including The Getty and The British Museum, are offering virtual tours.

GUILDERLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

As always, we will continue to monitor and assess this situation daily.  Please note:

  • All fines are waived while we are closed
  • Wi-Fi is available in our parking lot
  • Current holds will be extended to 5/1
  • All expired library cards will be auto-renewed
